Kelowna is a refreshing change from Banff for these Dutch tourists. “In Banff, there was real heavy smoke and power outages (caused by wildfires),” said Ivo van Elk Tuesday while touring downtown Kelowna. “In Kelowna, we don’t even notice the smoke.”
