Don Forest, 83, of Calgary, died of a heart attack while cross-country skiing with one of his daughters and her husband near Bragg Creek on Thursday. He made history in the 1970s when, at the age of 59, he climbed all 56 11,000-ft.-plus peaks in the Canadian Rockies.
