Coldest week of the year lives up to reputation

The cold air began moving into the province on Saturday, sending temperature down to around the -30 C mark – colder if windchill is factored in. Brian Stifora, a meteorologist with Environment Canada, says this is normally the coldest week of the year on the prairies.
