Smoking ban looms in Banff February 8, 2004
Banff restaurants and bars are bracing for a blanket ban on smoking. Town councillor Philip Carmody, who is currently deputy mayor, says lighting up could be outlawed in all eating and drinking establishments in the national park community by May 1.
