Banff avalanche leaves three climbers dead February 13, 2004
Three ice climbers are dead after being swept off a ice fall in an avalanche Thursday night in Banff. The three climbers, all believed to be American, were on Mount Wilson, about an hour north of Lake Louise near Saskatchewan Crossing when the accident happened.
