A proposed apartment block may threaten Banff’s heritage and the character of a historic neighbourhood, say opponents of the project. Plans for a 31-unit apartment complex at the corner of Muskrat and Caribou Streets are facing opposition from the Eleanor Luxton Historical Foundation and neighbours.
