Haakon Lenes, of Banff Ski Runners, won the juvenile boys’ category at the Canadian cross-country ski championships in Charlo, N. B. National team member Beckie Scott, from Vermillion, Alta., won the women’s 10k free pursuit, followed by national team mate Sara Renner, of Canmore Nordic Ski Club. The competition concludes on Sunday.
