Officials at the Town of Banff are waiting for an engineering report before considering lifting a stop order at a construction site on Cave Avenue. The town received a letter from a structural engineer questioning the structural integrity of the 10-unit townhouse building at 117 Cave Avenue, said Bill Brown, Banff’s senior planner.
