Wildlife crossings slated for every two kilometers April 15, 2004
In an effort to ensure the utmost protection of wild and aquatic life, Parks Canada has allocated almost 33 per cent of its twinning budget to environmental mitigation efforts, almost double the percentage set for the first phase of the project in the mid-1990s.
