Foundation hands Banff TV festival to new group

The Banff Television Foundation has filed for bankruptcy protection, but this year’s 25th anniversary festival will go on, thanks to a self-described white knight. Achilles Partners LLP, a Toronto-based events and investment firm, has been given permission by the courts to run the annual festival.
