This year’s recipients of The Banff Centre’s Paul D. Fleck Fellowships in the Arts cross all artistic disciplines, from choreography to non-fiction writing to audio engineering. They include choreographer Crystal Pite, who is developing a new dance work for Les Ballets jazz de Montréal, librettist and composer Michael Cavanaugh, who is working on a new Canadian opera, and exiled Bosnian poet Goran Simic.
