Norwalk virus confirmed at Emerald Lake Lodge

Health officials are trying to determine why 180 people got sick after visiting Emerald Lake Lodge last week. About 150 people came down with a gastro-intestinal illness on Friday, and another 30 fell ill over the weekend. All had worked, visited or stayed at the lodge. Health Canada says people were infected with the Norwalk virus, but its source still isn’t clear.
