200 tourists struck with Norovirus June 3, 2004
A popular Yoho resort was shut down this week after more than 200 vacationers came down with a bout of stomach illness known as Norovirus. The Emerald Lake Lodge closed its door on Tuesday, May 25, after a disturbing number of its patrons began experiencing nausea, diarrhea and vomiting, common symptoms of what is often referred to as the Norwalk Virus.
