Meningitis suspected in patient transported to Calgary

One of STARS’s air ambulances had to be disinfected yesterday after transporting a girl who they believe had contracted meningitis. The 19-year-old patient was transported from Banff Mineral Springs Hospital to Calgary's Foothills Hospital at around 7:30 p.m.
