Strike hurts parks at gate August 15, 2004
Parks Canada is losing as much as $75,000 a day as striking workers let visitors in for free. Now in its third full day, the strike has resulted in rotating job action throughout national parks and heritage sites, and has left gates at mountain parks such as Banff, Jasper and Waterton Lakes unattended.
