Cougar attacks boy at campground near Jasper

A five-year-old boy was attacked by a cougar over the weekend, but his father managed to scare the animal away. The boy was at his family's campsite near Jasper Saturday afternoon when he was knocked to the ground by the animal. His father kicked the cougar and managed to chase it off. Fish and Wildlife officer Christopher Watson says they've been trying to track the cougar using dogs, but haven't found it.
