National Park residents who let their pets out off-leash could face much harsher consequences than a $100 at-large bylaw ticket. Recent advertisements taken out in Bow Valley newspapers indicate that at least three cats have gone missing in the span of five weeks. Included in that list of missing pets is at least one dog.
