Special bear dogs recommended in Whistler

Wildlife experts are urging Whistler council to use a special breed of dog to deal with the resort community's worsening bear problem. They say Karelian Bear Dogs should be used to keep bears away – in a technique that has been used successfully in other bear-infested areas, of Alberta, Montana and California.
