Resistance to bar violence could get more sophisticated in Banff if it ambitiously pursues methods tried in Whistler. Among those methods is the formation of a bar watch program. The program is designed to make participants, which includes nightclub and bar owners as well as taxi drivers, aware of undesirable individuals.
