Ski hill operators face tough challenges, Cotton alleges November 30, 2004
They may not be on a formal endangered species list just yet, but Canada’s national park ski resorts are threatened, or at least seriously challenged by a combination of regulations and market forces. That was the not-so-subtle message Crosbie Cotton, director of the National Park Ski Areas Association, took to the annual Banff National Park planning forum Saturday.
