Panning requirements for ski hills called complex, costly

The four ski areas in the mountain national parks are being required by Parks Canada to undergo “exceptionally complex and exceptionally costly” 15-year long-range plans at a time when they are being hammered by new competition in British Columbia, said the director of the National Park Ski Association.
