Only three wolves in Bow Valley pack; survival questioned December 12, 2004
Wolf-pack populations in Banff National Park are dangerously low in some cases, and a wildlife conservationist says the numbers are cause for concern. Jim Pissot, executive director of Defenders of Wildlife Canada, said the Bow Valley pack sits at just three wolves this year, a number mirrored in the Fairholme pack.
