Banff residents happy to see snow

People who live and work in Banff have been waiting, and hoping for snow. And their wish came true over the weekend when more than 50 centimeters of snow fell in some areas of the Rockies. Not quite that much fell in the town site, but at least it's white, and that has every one gearing up for the tourist rush. At a ski rental shop in Banff, business picked up as the snow began to fall Saturday.
