A new collective agreement between Parks Canada and its employees will bring labour peace to national parks until at least 2007. The Public Service Alliance of Canada announced yesterday unionized Parks Canada workers have ratified a deal giving them a wage increase of 9.65% over four years. The contract is retroactive to 2003.
