Valley skiers near top in GMC Cup event

Bow Valley skiers are hovering near the top of this week’s Pontiac GMC Cup event at Nakiska. Kristen Tarchuk of Banff took fifth in Saturday’s slalom race and followed that up with a fourth place finish in Sunday’s slalom event.
