Doug Hamel wants to dance up a snow storm

The snow dance ritual, begun by Bruno Engler in 1971, will once more take place this year. Organizer Doug Hamel says the event will take place at the Protection Mountain Shelter on the Banff Recreation Grounds on January 27 at 7 p.m.
