Matthew Rebelo, a Banff resident and victim of a violent stabbing crime, is determined to use his personal experience in helping other victims and changing Canadian law to benefit all. Along with his brother, Stratford native and first time filmmaker Justin Rebelo, Matthew has planned a fundraising event to take place on February 20 at Wild Bill’s.
