The Cascade wildlife underpass near Banff may be officially designated for human use in the absence of a multi-million dollar pedestrian bridge across the busy Trans-Canada Highway, according to a proposal outlined in draft recommendations coming out of the three-year Lands Adjacent to the Town of Banff (LATB) land use planning project.
