The Alberta Wilderness Association is applauding a proposal by the Banff RCMP to use photo radar to patrol the TransCanada Highway in the national park. Nigel Douglas, with the A.W.A., says despite efforts by Parks Canada to make the highway corridor safer for animals, some still get onto the roads - including three grizzly bears killed in the last four years. Douglas says people who drive the speed limit on that stretch of highway are in the minority.
