The president of Banff/Lake Louise Tourism says it speaks to the recognition Banff has around the world. Julie Canning is reacting to news many foreign airlines and travel agencies are altering the Calgary International Airport’s name on tickets and brochures to “Calgary/Banff.” Canning says the Banff/Lake Louise region enjoys a great partnership with its gateway to the city of Calgary, and it's positive that they can be marketed together.
