Banff is getting a facelift. The mountain mecca announced plans yesterday to revitalize its downtown core to help remain a leader in world tourism. Mayor John Stutz said the $8.09-million project -- dubbed Banff Refreshing -- will improve the infrastructure and streetscape of the downtown's two main blocks.
