Local school division struggles while others bank millions

Figures released by the Canadian Rockies Public Schools (CRPS) Tuesday April 19) show more than 40 school divisions across the province have managed to sock away multi-million dollar operating reserve funds, while another 20, including CRPS, have reserves lower than what the Province recommends.
