Parks Canada wants the Town of Banff and RCMP to enforce illegal busking, skateboarding and noisy parties in the Banff Avenue downtown community park this summer. The federal agency has asked the Town's bylaw department to enforce several bylaws, including those dealing with noise, busking, camping, parties and uncontrolled dogs.
