A Banff business has been fined $3,000 for illegally trafficking in wildlife by selling jewelry made of bear claws. Gregory Althouse, owner of the Sleeping Buffalo on Banff Avenue, also agreed to make a $1,000 donation to a Canadian wildlife conservation organization.
