Even if CP Rail eliminates all grain spillage on its tracks through Banff National Park, it will likely take the passing of a generation of bears before the food source is forgotten. That’s disheartening news for those grieving a young grizzly bear killed by a train about two kilometres west of Castle Junction on Tuesday of last week.
