Bow River seen as sign of problems

Through decades of mismanagement, the health of the Bow River from the headwaters down is very poor, impacting the health of the whole river valley ecosystem. That diagnosis was delivered by Dan Bell, a longtime Banff fisherman who warns that the health of the river could get worse. The worse it gets, the harder it is to recover, he said.
