Accused Banff attacker back in court, victim remains in hospital

A man arrested in connection with the brutal beating and sexual assault of a Banff woman appeared in a Banff courtroom Monday morning. Albert Gordon Muckle is charged with attempted murder and aggravated sexual assault. A young woman who was sexually assaulted is still in a Calgary hospital.
