Trails relocated at Moraine Lake, Paradise Valley, to protect bears July 21, 2005
Parks Canada plans to start initial on-theground planning this summer to relocate trails in one of Banff National Park's premiere hiking destinations to keep people out of vital grizzly bear habitat. The federal agency hopes to start actual work on the trails in the Moraine Lake and Paradise Valley area next summer, with the overall project due to be completed by the end of summer 2008.
