The man accused of attempting to murder a 20-year-old woman after sexually assaulting her in Banff, appeared in court with a lawyer for the first time yesterday. Accused Albert Muckle was much more subdued than his previous appearance, looking forward with a blank expression on his tattooed face. Muckle's lawyer simply requested her client's case be adjourned until August 8. The 20-year-old victim of the attack remains in a Calgary hospital.
