After spending weeks in hospital clinging to life following a vicious sexual attack, a 20-year-old woman is now breathing on her own. Sources in the town of Banff, where the young woman was beaten, sexually assaulted and left for dead on July 11, say although she is still in a coma, she has been moved out of the intensive care unit. She will return to her Ottawa-area home once doctors feel she is in stable enough condition.
