Banff RCMP officers say they are "not optimistic" they'll ever get any information from the victim of a brutal beating and sex assault. It could be months before the lab returns the DNA results that could connect any suspect to the crime. If the woman regains consciousness and is able to talk to officers, she may never remember the horrific attack.
