Canada’s first national park is also gaining a reputation as an environmentally friendly tourist destination. Developer Peter Poole’s company, Arctos & Bird, is behind an ambitious project he hopes will redefine the tourist experience in downtown Banff and be one of the “greenest” commercial buildings in Canada. Bison Courtyard is scheduled to open this summer.
