One-way St. Julien may be part of Banff Centre redevelopment

The Banff Centre has indicated a willingness to foot the bill for upgrades to perimeter roads to avoid paying a redevelopment levy as part of its ambitious $100 million campus redevelopment plan. And Town of Banff administration has also been directed to investigate making St. Julien Way a one-way road through the campus as part of a move to deal with traffic.
