Man accused in Banff sex attack tries to plead guilty August 30, 2005
The man accused of sexually assaulting a 20-year-old Ottawa woman in Banff last month says he fears for his safety in prison. Albert George Muckle tried to plead guilty to the charges on Monday because he claims his safety is in jeopardy. Muckle has been sent for a psychiatric assessment. Other news for August 2005 |
