Alberta’s medical examiner’s officer is unlikely to identify the human remains found last week in the woods in Banff until October 20 at the earliest. Police have not ruled out the remains may belong to Steve Duggan Jr., a 22-year-old Nova Scotia native who vanished from Banff July 27.
