A six year old Calgary boy was killed in a single vehicle crash near about 16 kilometres west of Banff, on Highway 1 around 9:00 am There were four people in a pickup, two women and two children, on their way to Kamloops. The woman driving the truck lost control and rolled into the ditch. One of the boys in the backseat, the driver's son, was thrown from the vehicle and died.
