Parks Canada has reopened Highway 93 North in Banff National Park, restoring the link between Lake Louise and Jasper. Mud and rockslides had the road closed for about 15 hours Thursday, cutting off the prime Icefields Parkway tourist route south from the Saskatchewan River Crossing
