Oxford Properties Group Inc. is on the verge of a $1.5-billion deal to buy all of the Canadian hotels of Fairmont Raffles Holdings, sources say. Oxford, the real estate arm of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System pension fund, is the final stages of negotiations with Fairmont for seven hotels, including the landmark Fairmont Banff Springs.
